Özet:

Fourteen notation systems known throughout history have been used in Turkish music. Some variety of these systems are Western music notation systems with stave, which started with the use of Ali Ufki Bey 1610-1675. The last of the Western music notation systems with stave is the Arel-Ezgi-Uzdilek A.E.U 20th century notation system and is still used in Turkish music notation writing. Writing Turkish music works using Western music notation system, starting from Ali Ufkî notation system, continued with 3 different systems that adopted this logic in different ways. In general, it is thought that there are significant problems in many note transformation studies made from former notation systems. The study is based on the argument that it is due to incomplete information in todays transfers between notation systems. This work aims to be a guide for the transformation of Turkish music works written in the Western music notation system into the A.E.U notation system currently in use. Qualitative method and scanning model were used in the study. Data was obtained through archive and literature review and analyzed by content analysis. In the study, the different features of the transformation of Turkish music works written in the Western music notation system into the A.E.U notation system were mentioned and how the transformations of the works to be made between these notation systems should be explained in detail in 5 steps. While explaining the steps, samples of notes from different works are given. The issues discussed has been tried to be exemplified by transferring Dilnişin Kar by Muallîm İsmâîl Hakkı Bey, which was notated in the Western music notation system, into todays language and A.E.U notation system.

Türk müziğinde tarih boyunca bilinen on dört notasyon sistemi kullanılmıştır.
