Özet:

In this study, the film Intern is analysed from the perspective of organisational behaviour and the prominent elements of organisational climate, leadership, motivation and conflict are evaluated. The film impressively reflects the dynamics of a modern start-up company in a work environment with employees from different age groups. The film Intern provides a rich example for understanding different aspects of organisational behaviour. The film highlights the effects of leadership, motivation, organisational climate and conflict management on organisational success and reveals how effective management of these elements can support sustainable success in the workplace. In this context, the study offers a theoretical and practical evaluation of organisational behaviour through the film.
