Özet:

The Global Innovation Index annually analyzes countries comprehensive innovation performance and shares its findings with the public in the form of a report. The innovation performance of countries is primarily measured by two sub-indices: the Innovation Input Sub-Index and the Innovation Output Sub-Index. In this study, the relationship between Turkeys Input and Output Sub-Indices were analyzed through canonical correlation analysis. Thus, Turkeys strengths and weaknesses in global innovation performance were tried to be analyzed. The study was conducted based on the data from the last eleven reports published between 2013 and 2023. According to the analysis and results, Knowledge and Technology Outputs 100 and Creative Outputs 75.5 are identified as the most explanatory and impactful factors in the formation of Turkeys innovation score.
