Özet:

The Convention on the Rights of the Child, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 20 November 1989, was adopted on 2 September 1990 and entered into force. Turkey: The aforementioned signed the contract on 14 October 1990 and entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette on 27 January 1995. Articles 37 and 40 of the Convention are specifically for the protection of children who are dragged into crime. Both parties were in need to sign this convention because both Turkeys implementations regarding the children dragged into the crime and its process of adaptation to EU legislation had to change as required by the contract. The rapid increase in the number of children dragged into the crime in the Justice System requires this change to be as fast as possible. This can be achieved by the existence of a determined public policy. This study aims to analyze the public policies developed for the problem in order to evaluate the policies followed. In the analysis, the process model of Sabatier was taken as a basis.
