Özet:

Scholars of the hadits, divided the hadiths
into different sections in the aspect of the isnad and described the ones
transmitted by two or more person is "Masshûr" hadith. This
definition was later widely accepted among the scholars of the hadith. Mashhur
news, in the ahad hadith part, used as a common for sahih (authentic) and hasen
(good) and da’if (weak) hadiths. There is another part of the mashhur hadith,
which is formulated; in the term for the word known as hadiths and hadiths
spread among the people and irrespective of whether or not the hadith is the
isnad, in the minimum and maximum number of narratives, whether it is a sahih
(authentic) and fabricated or not. However, this last part of the masshur
hadith is very different in terms of definition and content from the other part
of the ahad hadith type. It is observed that the works written in this field
and the literature created are based on the concept of “mushtahir” not
“mashhur” and that this word (mushtahir) is frequently used in the names of the
related works and the foreword of the books. It is important that in this
context the definition and scope of the mushtahir hadith is re-determine within
the framework of the hadith method.
