Özet:

The religious status of Prophets parents abaway al-Rasul and their position in the hereafter, which is the subject of discussion in Islamic thought, was mentioned in al-Fiqh al-akbar by Abu Hanifah d. 150767 as the Prophets parents passed away on kufr for the first time in Islamic literature. In the Ottoman times, separate treatises were written about the religious status of Prophets parentsand their position in the hereafter. In the Ottoman scholarly circles, this issue was discussed as a results of factors such as the writing of the commentaries on al-Fiqh al-akbar, the religious struggle against Shiʿah under the title of Rāfiżīs as a consequense of political circumstances of the period, the ever-growing Sufi inclinations in the public sphere and the influence of the idea of al-nur al-Muhammadi, that is a mainly Akbarian notion. The first of these treatises during the Ottoman times is the work of Ibn al-Khaṭīb al-Amāsī d. 9401534 called Inbāʾ al-iṣṭifāʾ fī ḥaqq ābāʾ al-Muṣṭafá. It is evident that the purpose of this treatise, in which Ibn al-Khaṭīb, who also adopted the idea of al-nur al-Muhammadi, argued the view that the Prophets parents are among the people of salvation ahl al-najah, is to prevent false thoughts about the Prophet. In his work, Ibn al-Khaṭīb elaborated his view based on the noble lineage of the Prophet and he provided answers to the objections and opposite views on this issue through verses, ḥadīths, and narrations. It is seen that his adherence to the idea of nur-i Muhammadi is reflected in his explanations and inferences. As it brought the issue on the Prophets parents to the Ottoman scientific circles, this treatise has a historical and contextual importance. The views and explanations of Ibn al-Khaṭīb in this treatise had significant effects in two ways as it became the basis for the debates and was widely criticized in the succeeding period. You may find an extended abstract of this article after the bibliography.

Kendisi de nûr-i Muhammedî düşüncesini benimseyen İbnül-Hatîbin ebeveyn-i Resûlün ehl-i necât olduğu görüşünü benimsediği bu risalenin amacının Hz. Peygamber hakkında yanlış düşüncelere ulaşılmasının önüne geçmek olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Eserinde İbnül-Hatîb görüşünü Hz. Peygamberin şerefli nesebini temel alarak izah etmiş, bu konuda oluşan itirazlara ve karşıt görüşü iddia edenlere âyet, hadis ve rivayetler üzerinden cevaplar getirmiştir. Onun nûr-i Muhammedî düşüncesine bağlı olmasının açıklama ve istidlallerine yansıdığı görülmektedir. Bu risâlenin ebeveyn-i Resûl meselesinin Osmanlı ilim çevrelerine taşıyıcısı konumunda olması risâlenin önemini teşkil etmektedir.
