Özet:

As a mind and emotional being, a person is in a structure that reveals himself, his thoughts, the value area and the values of others in the same structure through language. When dialogue is considered as the linguistic dimension of the relationship established between two things, we can reach the fact that man is a being of dialogue. Since philosophy is a human activity as thoughtthinking on thought, dialogue can be put forward as a literary method for people to philosophize about all value areas within philosophy. Within the framework of the study, the method of dialogue will be discussed in terms of philosophy apart from the practical and literary field. What dialogue is, why the method of dialogue is not preferred by most other philosophers except Plato, why people need dialogue, whether dialogue can be used as a philosophical text method at all ages and levels in the education process, the limitation and inconsistency of dialogue are related to dialectical thinking, Issues such as the analysis of its appearance in speech and text form the main purpose of this article. While examining the dialogue method in line with these main purposes, the dialogues of Plato, the greatest representative of this method in the history of philosophy, will constitute our basic sample. Whether it is his teacher, Socrates, who speaks in Platos dialogues; The method does not change, whether it is Plato, who made his teacher talk based on what he heard from his teacher. This unchanging method is the dialogue itself, where people talk to people and listen to people. Then, when this is said within the limitations of the study, every philosophy is firstly a dialogue in terms of questioning, researching and being critical about something; Every dialogue cannot be philosophy only in terms of speech and communication. Dialogue that will turn into a philosophical text must include all the features of philosophy. The fact that this dialogue, which will include the characteristics of philosophy, willwill refer to dialectical thought on the basis of inconclusiveness, is seen in Platos dialogues, which include Socrates philosophy and philosophical methods.
