Özet:

This study investigates the use of mobile LiDAR Light Detection and Ranging technology for cadastral mapping in urban areas. Given the limitations of traditional cadastral methods, the dynamic nature of urban areas, and technological advances, Mobile LiDAR technology provides an important alternative by providing high accuracy and detail. The research was conducted in the Çiftlikköy campus of Mersin University and an area with dense complex structures was selected. The data collected with a handheld laser scanner was subjected to various analysis and optimization processes. The results show that mobile LiDAR technology is an effective tool for 3D point cloud generation, high accuracy surveying and cadastral renovation. This technology has great potential for modern urban management and planning applications, especially where human interaction and additional post-processing are required.

Bu çalışma, kentsel alanlarda kadastro haritalarının oluşturulmasında Mobil LiDAR Light Detection and Ranging teknolojisinin kullanımını araştırmaktadır.
