Özet:

The subject of literary description has attracted the attention of rhetoricians and those interested in the study of Arabic poetry more than other literary-critical subjects. Perhaps this is due to the importance of literary description in all its varieties and its active role in revealing the secrets and implicit content of poetry. Especially emotional description plays a big role in this aspect. Because emotional description largely dominates the artistic structure of the text in modern poetry, which critics call tefile poetry. Emotional description in new poetry carries broad meanings, expresses the subjects of the poem strongly, and reflects the psychological state of the poet or writer. Despite their interest in artistic imagery and its types in ancient and modern Arabic poetry, researchers have not cared about sensory description in its modern sense, as they have been interested in explanatory description. Therefore, this genre has not received its share of critical studies, especially in modern poetry. Most researchers have not made detailed explanations about its genres and its effects on modern Arabic poetry. This situation led us to examine the beauties of sensory description in the new poetry, which many poets used in the modern period to serve poetry. Work sensory depiction; He dealt with the types of seeing, hearing, touching, smelling and tasting and revealed how these emotional descriptions add beauty to the artistic structure of the poem, their great impact in attracting the reader to the poem, and also their great role in conveying the poets thoughts, experiences and passions to the reader. We started the study with a preface in which we presented a series of definitions that shed light on the concept of emotional description, clarifying the importance of the senses in creating literary description and its role in the construction of the poetic text. Then, we examined the types of sensoryemotional descriptions and gave practical examples from the poems of the pioneers of the new poetry. At the end of the article, we explained the results we reached with this study, the most obvious of which is; The role of emotional description is clearly revealed through the varieties of the ode in spiritual or objective signification and its effect in explaining the psychological and conscientious aspect of the poet. Likewise, the emotional description in the new ode also reflects the poets views on the world of existence or life. Another result of the study is that new poets diversify the emotional depiction in a single ode; It is the fact that they combine types of descriptions with each other when explaining their psychological and conscientious situations, and thus the description becomes more effective and attractive. Again, as a result of the study, it was determined that the poets relied on the dictionary describing the boundaries of the things perceived while using the types of description; It has often been concluded that concepts move away from their real meaning or emotional expressions and tend towards other imaginary signs.
