Özet:

Of note is the moral degradation observed on online platforms, where violations such as cyberbullying, privacy violations, the spread of disinformation, the production of hate speech, data mining, and digital surveillance and tracking are commonplace. In particular, the structural characteristics of social networks pave the way for the dissemination of content that can lead users to social degradation and deterioration. Content on these digital media that contributes to moral corruption in Turkish society has been deemed problematic. Therefore, the recently publicized YouTube program titled Kısmetse Olur Aşkın Gücü was analyzed using the content analysis method. This study aims to show how the program attempts to impose a moral perspective that deviates from traditional Turkish customs and values while illustrating how moral decay is constructed and presented to the audience.
