Özet:

Depending on the changing living condition, the products evaluated within the tradition of minstrel-style tale have been produced and performed in different environments. At first the view that they have been produced in a face-to-face oral environment has been generally accepted. However, different tools have been used in the delivery of products to the target audience in the course of time. After the face-to-face oral environment, the use of paper has become widespread in the transfer of minstrel-style tales to the reader; thus, the tradition continues its existence in the written environment. Since the beginning of 20th century, electronic devices that have entered the lives of human beings have let to changes in many areas, as well as the tradition of minstrel-style tale, which has a history of hundreds of years, has also been brought into the sphere of influence. When electronic devices, which have been used to a limited extent at first, have been used by a large audience after the second half of the century, the tradition of minstrel style tale has been transferred to the electronic oral environment. The tradition, which tranfers in face-to- face and electronic environments, has also preserved its existence in the written environment. Since the electronic oral environment has eliminated or limited the interaction between the artist presenting the tradition and the listeneraudience, changes have also occurred in the production and performance of the products. Although the oldest text of minstrel style tales in face-to-face oral environment are not reached, not only the text and observations from the second quarter of twentieth century when the tradition is alive but also the results of the researches have carried out until recently, provide the opportunity to follow the change in the electronic oral environment. One of the most important consequences of this transformation is the reduction of variation and the other is the shortening of the performance time.
