Özet:

This research will focus on the interaction of the reproduction of shoe designs in art with the symbolism of film art. The study aims to examine in depth the reproduction processes in art in shoe designs and the integration of film symbols into designs, which is one of the main points where these processes are focused. Besides being an important part of clothing fashion, shoe design is also considered as an art form. In this study, it will be examined through case studies how shoe designs are reproduced by taking inspiration from movie symbols. Shoe designs prepared by students studying at the Department of Textile and Fashion Design within the scope of the Pattern and Aesthetics course constitute the application examples of the study. Thirteen of the students works were selected as examples and examined in the light of their manifestos explaining how they used certain symbols from different films. In addition, this research aims to examine the effects of shoe designs on aesthetics, meaning and social context in the processing of symbols taken from films during the production process. Reproduction in art in shoe designs gives not only aesthetic, but also symbolic depth. This process, which is used as a transformation tool in the fashion world, offers designers the opportunity to adapt ancient works, especially the strong effects of symbols in films, to modern designs. Finally, the integration of film symbols in shoe designs offers designers the opportunity to showcase their creativity and innovative thinking skills. This situation contributes to the emergence of new and groundbreaking design approaches in the evolution of fashion. All these factors show that the creative processes followed by reproduction in art and film symbols in shoe designs create a context rich in aesthetics, meaning and consumer interaction.
