Two participating branch managers stated that their office security was partial, and only one branch manager stated that they had office security. Participants stated that the lack of security of office reduces the motivation of school administrators and causes uneasiness and anxiety. In addition, participants stated that the insecurity of office prevents school administrators from making quick, fair, independent and accurate decisions and from using their authority. School management can be accepted as a profession, school administrators can be selected based on merit, and they can be appointed as permanent school administrators instead of temporary assignments.
