Özet:

It is possible to count Juwayni as the most important representative of the theological method understanding among the Shafii scholars with the works he wrote. His work, al-Burhân fî usûlil-fiqh, on the method has been accepted as one of the basic works written with the method of theologians. It is possible to say that theological scholars such as Bâqillânî, Ibn Fûrak and Abû İshâq al-Isferâyînî had an impact on the formation of Juwaynis understanding of methodology. Although Juwaynî remained under the influence of the aforementioned scholars, it is seen that he influenced many scholars after him. The interaction in question appears in the form of accepting his views, as well as annotating his works. The aim of this article is to analyze the jurists that Juwaynî influenced and that were influenced by, in the context of al-Burhan.
