Özet:

Three different applications of Leaf Removal and Cluster Removal in the study Control, i Cluster Removal, ii Leaf Removal and iii Leaf RemovalCluster Removal; it was applied in three different phenological development stages Berry Set, Bunch Closure, and Veraison and the effects of these applications on berry characteristics were determined. This research was carried out for two years on the Michele Palieri grape variety which is planted in vineyard in Tekirdag conditions. In order to define the influences of these applications on berry properties; berry width and length mm, berry fresh and dry weight g, dry weight , berry volume cm3, 100 berry weights g, berry skin area cm2berry, berry skin areaberry volume ratio cm2cm3, berry density gL and yield kgda were stated. Between the periods of the Veraison; berry fresh weight, berry volume, 100 berries weight and berry density; in addition it was determined that berry skin areaberry volume ratio and yield were affected positively than other application periods. The application with the highest efficiency was ii application together with Control. However, it was the application ii that most negatively affected all berry quality properties except for the berry skin areaberry volume ratio. Leaf RemovalCluster Thinning application iii, where the lowest yield was obtained, gave the highest values in terms of berry size, berry dry weight and berry skin area. Important in terms of table grape quality; due to the its positive effect on berry properties; application iii is thought to be advisable.
