Özet:

Fanzines are an alternative to professional media. It is published by those who want to be themselves, desire to be recognized with language and identity, who reject monotony, and have an objection to institutions and power. Zaza fanzine publishing is affected by factors such as appropriation of language, giving a voice to another, opposition to denial policies, lack of staff impossibility. Zazaki fanzines strive to do in the face of inadequacy and are concerned about being the voice of the voiceless. Although Zaza literature have come a certain distance in the oral field, they have experienced a serious delay in the written field compared to other literature. The first work in Zazaki can date to 125 years ago. But in the modern sense it can be attributed to a period as close as 45 years. This delay in the written field can be explained by many reasons such as political, social, consciousness and the like. Zazaki magazine fanzine publishing could not follow a strong course for various reasons. Vatı and Veng u Vac are the first examples in Zazaki. This study focuses on Zazaki fanzine publishing based on these two magazines and examines the places of them in Zazaki.
