Özet:

The phenomena of crisis and rhythm are internal dynamical realities that occur in the natural course of existence and becoming process. The characteristics in question surround all elements within the wide range of a whole sphere of values, from nature to humans, the physical universe to our metaphysical world, morality to politics, and from the individual to the state. However, the fact that human takes an active role as a conscious subject in the formation in question, as well as the fact that he experiences reflexivity within himself, in other words, he is the one again who is most affected by the results of his own actions, shows that the person who is also essentially constructed by the phenomena of crisis and rhythm in the mentioned process is again the same human. Therefore, the construction of the human being constitutes also the formula for completing the functioning of normal adventure with its own internal dynamics, which is essentially manifested in the whole spectrum of existence and becoming. The concepts of morality and politics are undoubtedly at the forefront of the leading the approaches, put forward as to how it is possible to construct a human being. Therefore, the issue of what kind of moral or value sphere and what kind of political approach we can make the human being in the most ideal state the perfect human being with constitutes an important problem in terms of moral and political philosophy. In this study, it is aimed to define crisis and rhythms, to establish the relationship between these characteristics and morality and politics, and to find a solution or put forward consistent suggestions by focusing on human.
