Özet:

The logistics sector is one of the rapidly growing and prominent industries both globally and in Turkey. Logistics creates a mechanism that facilitates the national and international circulation of goods and all objects involved in their production. It plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of all processes, from raw materials to the delivery of the final product to the consumer. Consequently, logistics activities are integral to various domains. At this juncture, companies often opt for outsourcing to obtain professional services and turn to logistics firms. The visibility of logistics companies directly influences their ability to attract customers. With the increasing prevalence of digitalization, it is evident that interactions in todays business world are predominantly conducted through digital channels. When companies seek logistics providers, their first point of reference is often the providers websites. Websites serve as the first point of contact and interaction for companies with their customers, acting as a critical interface that should encompass numerous features contributing to quality. They represent the promotion and presentation of a companys activities. As a result, websites must continuously update themselves by keeping pace with advancements in digitalization. This study aims to analyze the websites of logistics companies operating in Turkey using an artificial intelligence-supported application. The websites of logistics companies were evaluated based on eleven criteria. The results indicate that the companies with the highest average scores are K4, K2, and K1. The top three criteria with the highest overall average were corporate information, mobile compatibility and user-friendly interface, while the criteria with the lowest average scores were customer feedback, language options and ease of communication. In conclusion, companies should develop user-friendly websites and, in this context, enhance trust and accessibility.
