Özet:

The increasing prevalence of technological developments paves the way for many problems such as screen exposure, problematic internet use, digital burnout, internet addiction, digital stresstechno-stress, and distance learning problems. In this study, 100 studies articles, book chapters, theses, etc. obtained from various databases that were thought to be most suitable for the context of the research were examined through quantitative and descriptive content analysis techniques. The study found that internet-related problems have been the subject of more studies, especially after 2010. Adolescents and students were more exposed to these problems. In addition, issues such as cyber bullying, loneliness, depression, etc. are often discussed in these studies. More questionnaires and scales are used as data collection tools in the studies and the studies are mostly quantitative in nature. There are problems related to the Internet, especially due to problems such as socialization and lack of awareness. In summary, the problems caused by Internet use reveal many cognitive and psychological problems. The solution to these problems is possible by being more aware, careful, protected, and occasionally regular in the digital field.
