Özet:

Whether the inscriptions were composed in the form of poetry or prose was first and mainly discussed through the Göktürk Inscriptions. Some researchers have argued that this group of inscriptions was composed in poetry, some in prose, and some in a mixed form of poetry and prose. The same discussion about another large group of inscriptions, the inscriptions of the Uighur Khaganate of Ötüken, has been more superficial and has not been investigated in detail. The subject of form has not been specifically analyzed for the Uighur Inscriptions, but has been indirectly dealt with in other studies. For the poetic form, certain literary devices have been prominent over the centuries, and thus some traditional and characteristic aspects of the form have emerged. Meter, sound harmony rhyme, repeated voice, alliteration and assonance, rhythm and their regular repetition were generally seen as traditional and characteristic aspects of the poetic form. For poetry as a literary genre, in addition to these tools, metaphor, figures of speech, and an expression in which emotion is at the center are also considered among the traditional and characteristic aspects. In this study, according to the traditional and characteristic features of the poetry form, the form of the inscriptions of the Uighur Khaganate of Ötüken was analyzed. Based on the inscription texts and the structures in these texts, the form of the inscription group in question was tried to be determined. The research was analyzed on the Tes, Tariat, Şine Us, Karabalgasun-I, Hoid Tamir, Sevrey, Karı Çor Tigin, Suuc, Karabalgasun-II, Arhanan ve Gurvaljin Uul Inscriptions as the Inscriptions of the Uighur Khaganate of Ötüken. The form discussions on the inscriptions were touched upon, the general and characteristic features of the poetry form were determined and the inscriptions of the Uighur Khaganate of Ötüken were tried to be analyzed.

Araştırma Ötüken Uygur Kağanlığı Yazıtları olarak Tes, Tariat, Şine Us, Karabalgasun-I, Hoid Tamir, Sevrey, Karı Çor Tigin, Suuc, Karabalgasun-II, Arhanan ve Gurvaljin Uul Yazıtları üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yazıtlar üzerindeki form tartışmalarına değinilmiş, şiir formunun genel ve karakteristik özellikleri tespit edilmiş ve Ötüken Uygur Kağanlığı Yazıtları incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
