Özet:

With the end of the bipolar structure, the power vacuum that arose in the international structure was replaced by the United States, and the United States became a state that directs and shapes the international system. Within the transatlantic alliance, which has many years of collective cooperation of the leaders of the changing foreign policy, national interest and the concept of systemic variables with the presence of relatively more importance to the concept of value has changed. The changing international conjuncture, the increasing actions against liberalism or the transformation in the power capacities of the states have revealed new problems in the transatlantic alliance. In this study, how the alliance relationship between the European Union and the USA has changed within the framework of systemic variables, the increasing importance of interest-based foreign policy, and the increasing influence of China, especially the rising power, in this crisis-ridden new world order will be evaluated within this framework. This study will reveal the effects of the decisions taken by the leaders who have a say in the US administration on the transatlantic alliance relations, the change in the power policies of the states within the system, or the usual effect on the Western alliance relations of the states that are trying to change the system.
