 Additive manufacturing is a modern manufacturing method that uses computer-controlled three-dimensional solid model data. The aim of additive manufacturing; It is to gradually produce the material and bring it to its final shape. In this way, products with complex geometries are relatively easier to obtain than other classical methods. In particular, it is preferred in a wide area such as the aerospace industry, biomedical and defense industry, where it is necessary to produce parts with high measurement accuracy, high strength and low weight. Additive manufacturing consists of many sub-methods and these methods depend on many criteria such as the type of material, the size of the part, the purpose of use, the principle of operation, the precision and properties of the materials, the number and speed of production. Selective laser melting SLM method is generally preferred among additive manufacturing methods. However, many factors can affect the SLM process, including direct and indirect parameters. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of different production parameters on the mechanical properties of Ti6Al4V alloy material produced using the SLM method. For this purpose, four different production parameters and levels are determined as production parameters. Tensile strength, modulus of elasticity and elongation percentage are selected as the evaluation criteria. Taguchi L16 is preferred in experimental design. SN analysis is used when evaluating the results of the experiment. Variance analysis ANOVA is performed to determine the level of impact of control factors. Optimum parameters for tensile strength with the data obtained from the results of the experiment are determined as 75 μm laser focal diameter, 230 W laser power, 60 μm scanning distance and 300 mms speed scanning speed, while 60 μm scanning distance for the elasticity module, 450 mms scanning speed, 80 μm laser focal diameter and 250 W laser power and 90 μm laser focus diameter for elongation amount, 150 μm scanning distance, 450 mms scanning speed and 230 W laser power are determined.

 Eklemeli imalat, bilgisayar kontrollü üç boyutlu katı model verilerini kullanan modern bir imalat yöntemidir. Eklemeli imalatta amaç; malzemeyi kademeli şekilde üreterek nihai şekline getirmektir. Bu sayede karmaşık geometrilere sahip ürünlerin elde edilmesi diğer klasik yöntemlere göre nispeten daha kolaydır. Özellikle, yüksek ölçüm doğruluğuna, yüksek dayanıma ve düşük ağırlığa sahip parçaların hızlı üretilmesinin gerekli olduğu havacılık-uzay endüstrisi, biyomedikal ve savunma sanayii gibi geniş bir alanda tercih edilmektedir. Eklemeli imalat birçok alt yöntemden oluşmakta ve bu yöntemler malzemenin cinsi, parçanın boyutu, kullanım amacı, çalışma prensibi, malzemelerin hassasiyeti ve özellikleri, üretim sayısı ve hızı gibi birçok kritere bağlıdır. Seçici lazer eritme SLM yöntemi, eklemeli imalat yöntemleri arasında genellikle tercih edilmektedir. Ancak, SLM prosesini doğrudan ve dolaylı parametreler olmak üzere birçok faktör etkileyebilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı üretim parametrelerinin SLM yöntemi kullanılarak üretilen Ti6Al4V alaşım malzemesi üzerinde mekanik özelliklerine etkisini incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda dört farklı üretim parametresi ve seviyeleri üretim parametresi olarak belirlenmiştir. Değerlendirme kriteri olarak çekme dayanımı, elastisite modülü ve uzama yüzdesi seçilmiştir. Deney tasarımında Taguchi L16 tercih edilmiştir. Deney sonuçları değerlendirilirken SN analizi kullanılmıştır. Kontrol faktörlerin etki düzeyini belirlemek için varyans analizi ANOVA yapılmıştır. Deney sonuçlarından elde edilen verilerle çekme dayanımı için optimum parametreler; 75 μm lazer odak çapı, 230 W lazer gücü, 60 μm tarama mesafesi ve 300 mmsn hız tarama hızı olarak tespit edilirken, elastisite modülü için 60 μm tarama mesafesi, 450 mmsn tarama hızı, 80 μm lazer odak çapı ve 250 W lazer gücü ve uzama miktarı için 90 μm lazer odak çapı, 150 μm tarama mesafesi, 450 mmsn tarama hızı ve 230 W lazer gücü olarak tespit edilmiştir.
