The concept of digital leadership has become popular as leadership approaches have shifted from the traditional dimension to digitalisation, which is necessary in the current era. Therefore, leaders need to adapt to change in todays conditions, where technological advances are rapidly occurring. This study aims to determine the developmental stages of the concept of digital leadership in the literature, provide a comprehensive and holistic perspective on the field by conducting a bibliometric analysis of publications , and offer a guide for future studies. For this purpose, 587 publications were identified from the Scopus database between 2016 and 2025, after which data cleaning was performed, and 405 English publications in the fields of Business, Management and Accounting and Social Sciences were taken into consideration. The data obtained were analysed with the Vosviewer program and the R Studio program, which is integrated into the R program.
