Özet:

After the revolution on February 17, 2011, Libya was dragged into a civil war between the regime forces and the opposition insurgents. In the post-Gaddafi period, Libya had to face an environment shaped by serious instability dynamics. The civil war prevailing in the country deprives Libya of a possible environment of stability and peace. The Libyan crisis has turned into a very complex international problem in which regional and global actors, as well as national elements, are involved with different motivations. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the development process of the Libyan crisis, from the revolution in 2011 to the present within the framework of internal and external factors affecting the problem. Assuming that it would not be sufficient to try to explain the current fragile security environment of Libya and the stage of the Libyan crisis through internal or external factors alone, the study aims to reveal and analyze the current situation by considering both the internal and external factors that have shaped the Libyan crisis.

Libya, 17 Şubat 2011de gerçekleştirilen devrim sonrasında rejim güçleriyle muhalif direnişçiler arasında bir iç savaşa sürüklenmiştir. Kaddafi sonrası dönemde Libya ciddi istikrarsızlık dinamikleriyle şekillenen bir ortamla yüzleşmek durumunda kalmıştır. Ülkede hüküm süren iç savaş Libyayı olası bir istikrar ve barış ortamından mahrum bırakmaktadır. Libya krizi, ulusal unsurların yanı sıra bölgesel ve küresel aktörlerin de farklı motivasyonlarla müdahil oldukları oldukça karmaşık bir uluslararası soruna dönüşmüştür. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı 2011de gerçekleştirilen devrimden bugüne Libya krizinin gelişim sürecini, soruna etki eden iç ve dış faktörler bağlamında değerlendirmektir. Libyanın bugünkü kırılgan güvenlik ortamını ve Libya krizinin geldiği aşamayı sadece iç ya da dış faktörler üzerinden açıklamaya çalışmanın yeterli olamayacağı varsayımından hareketle, çalışma Libya krizini şekillendiren iç ve dış faktörleri bir arada ele almak suretiyle mevcut durumu ortaya koymayı ve analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
