Özet:

The article discusses the existence of a direct relationship between the environment and human health and the role of pollutants released into the atmosphere in the causes and spread of diseases. It is emphasised that the main cause of death in Baku is diseases of the circulatory system, and its share among the causes of death in the period 1995-2020 will be over 60 percent. During this period, the amount of pollutants emitted into the atmosphere from stationary sources has decreased by about 6 times, and it is estimated that the number of deaths from this cause per 100,000 inhabitants in Baku has decreased by 26 per cent. It was noted that Sebail administrative district of Baku, which ranks first in terms of the amount of nitrogen and carbon oxides released into the atmosphere from stationary sources, also ranks first in terms of the incidence of circulatory system diseases. The correlation coefficients between the incidence of cardiovascular system diseases and pollutants released into the atmosphere were 0.84 r0.84, P0.0006 for carbon oxides and 0.77 r0.77, P0.005 for nitrogen oxides. There is a statistically significant linear and positive relationship between these substances and the geographical distribution of circulatory system diseases.

Məqalədə ətraf mühitlə insan sağlamlığı arasında birbaşa əlaqənin mövcudluğu, xəstəliklərin səbəbləri və yayılmasında atmosferə atılan çirkləndirici maddələrin rolundan bəhs edilir. Bakı şəhərində ölümün əsas səbəbinin qan dövranı sisteminin xəstəlikləri olduğu, 1995-2020-ci illər ərzində ölüm səbəbləri arasındakı onun payının 60-dən yuxarı olduğu vurğulanır. Bu dövr ərzində ölkə üzrə stasionar mənbələrdən atmosferə atılan çirkləndirici maddələrin miqdarının təqribən 6 dəfə azalması ilə yanaşı, Bakı şəhəri əhalisinin hər 100000 nəfərində bu səbəbdən olan ölüm hallarının 26 lik azalma tendensiyası göstərdiyi kabul edilmekdedir. Stasionar mənbələrdən atmosferə atılan azot və karbon oksidlərinin miqdarına görə ilk yerdə dayanan Bakının Səbail inzibati rayonunun eyni zamanda, qan dövranı sisteminin xəstəliklərinin insidentliyinə görə də 1-ci yerdə olduğu qeyd edilir. Ürək-damar sistemi xəstəliklərinin insidentliyi ilə atmosferə atılan çirkləndirici maddələr arasında əlqənin korrelyasiya əmsalları karbon oksidləri üçün 0,84 r0.84, P0.0006, azot oksidləri üçün 0,77 r0.77, P0.005 olaraq müəyyənləşdirilmişdir. Bu maddələrlə qan dövranı sistemi xəstəliklərinin coğrafi yayılması arasında statistik əhəmiyyətli düzxətli və müsbət əlaqə vardır.
