Özet:

Due to the fact that the economical, social and political structure of Turkey have changed; that the employment of service sector has been prior not being realized the employment of industrial sector; that it has been started to apply technological developments and new management systems; and that the causes derived from the organizational structure and customs have come about, trade unions have been in the process that their number of members have decreased and that their effects have weakened . The trade unions, established with the support of intelligentsia and political power under the legal guarentee, have taken the bureaucratic stuructures and the classical duties as fundamental missions and could not answer to the expactations of workers sufficently. The organization issue by means of which unions lose their members has been one of the most discussed subjects and in recent years the debates related to the organizational strategies and tactics have intensified. İt is possible to argue that in general the classical conflict has a domination when the relationsip between union and employer in Turkey is subjected to a general evaluation. The precense of this kind of relationship has made way for lack of confidence in relations between sides. In order to solve the organizational problems of unions affected by local conditions more than global ones, it is in need of strategical thinking, renewing the organizantial structures and ceasing from the way of traditional behaviours. On the one hand, multiplicity of unional problems in Turkey is a negative situation. On the other hand, it can be a motive power. The important think under these circumstances is to form the organizational structures that give solution instead of that is crushed under the problems.
