Özet:

During the period of the four caliphs, the Muslims, who made conquest movements to the lands outside the Arabian peninsula, conquered Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Iraq and Iran as a result of these conquests, as well as cities such as Antakya, Tarsus, Misis and Adana in the south of Anatolia. Full sovereignty in the Byzantine border regions was achieved during the Umayyad period. Muslims settled in these cities and endeavoured to Islamise them. Along with the people, the people of knowledge who would enlighten and guide them also came and settled here. One of the scholars who came and settled in Misis was Abu Ishaq al-Fazārī d. 188804. Abū Ishaq al-Fazārī was a scholar specialised in fiqh and hadīth from the generation of taba al-tābiīn who lived in the second century of Hijri. The second century of Hijri, in which he lived, was a period in which hadith narration, collection and partially classification began to be made. After learning science in Iraq, Damascus and Hijaz regions, he came to Misis from the cities along the borders and both taught science and fought jihad there. He lived in Misis for about forty years and died there. It is known that he wrote a book titled Kitâb al-Siyer in the field of interstate law and that it was one of the first works written in his field. However, a small part of this work has survived to the present day. It has been observed that no study has been conducted on the hadithist identity of Abū Ishaq al-Fazārī, who had a great effort in the spread of Islam in Anatolia and the Islamisation of that region. It is thought that it is important to investigate and introduce the hadithist aspect of such an important scholar. For this reason, his narrations were researched from the Massa al-Sitta, Ahmad b. Hanbals Musnad and Abdullah b. Abdirrahmān al-Dārimīs Sunan. As a result of this research, 115 narrations, 106 merfū, two mawquf and seven maktū, were identified. In addition, the network of his teachers and students from whom he received knowledge was revealed and the subjects on which his narrations were concentrated were analysed.

Bu sebeple onun rivayetleri Kütüb-i Sitte, Ahmed b.
