Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, correlation and simple linear regression analyses were used in the analysis of the data. The findings obtained from the research have shown us that there is a moderate negative correlation between spiritual leadership behaviors and organizational burnout. In the context of altruistic love, calling, membership, vision, and hope, which is sub-dimentions of the spritual leadership, there is a meaningful negative correlation.
