Three scales were used, namely the Eysenck personality scale, the negative acts questionnaire-football naq-f and the scale for evaluating the psychological skills of athletes. Stepwise regression analysis was used for the analysis of the data and the best model was preferred. Stepwise regression; It is the common name of three approaches: backward elimination, forward selection, and stepwise regression. Results and Conclusion: Person-related mobbing and work-related mobbing negatively affect the personality level of young football players.
