Özet:

Şîa, Hz. Peygamber’in vefatından sonra imâmetin Hz.
Türkiye’deki Şiîler’i Zeynebiye ve Kevser Grubu diye iki kısma ayırmak mümkündür.
İkinci kısım sol taraftan başlamakta; takdim, sunuş, meâl kısmında verilen dipnotlara dair 180 adet açıklama ve meâl sahibinin “Ehl-i Beyt (a.s) Nazarında Kur'ân” ana başlığı altında tasnif ettiği alt başlıklardan oluşan 184 sayfalık bölümü kapsamaktadır.

Shīʿa is the common name of the groups that argue that the imamate belongs to Alî and his descendants after the death of the Prophet (PbuH). These groups, in which the imamate belief has a central position, developed a new religious concept/belief based on the fact that the imams were appointed by nass (qur’anic text and prophetic tradition) and were innocent like the prophets (Pbu Them), created an independent hadîth (prophetic narrations) and historical material, and took on a form unique to them both in terms of belief and practice.
Shiites, who spent their existence under the domination of Sunnî states in history, succeeded in establishing two strong independent states such as the Fatimids (909-1171) and the Safavids (1501-1736), but both states, which adopted mainly the Shiite propaganda, were not long-term and withdrew from the stage of history. The Shiites, who regained an independent state with the 1979 Iranian revolution, now continue their sectarian activities from where they left off. Turkey -the border neighbor of Iran-, which hosts nearly two million Shiite citizens, is within the scope of the propaganda activities of Iran. Although all Sunnis in our country are the natural addressees of Shiite propaganda, Alevis, who are similar to the principles of Shiite belief, are the main target of Shiite activities.
It is possible to divide the Shiites in Turkey into two groups as Zaynabiyya and Kawthar Group. The Zaynabiyya group is in close contact with the state and sees themselves as a part of the Turkish nation. The Kawthar group, on the other hand, carries out studies that will contribute to the political and ideological ideas of Iran and carries out an effective activity in the field of publishing. Among the publications of this group is a translation of the Qur'an, the first edition of which was published in June 2009 and the fourth edition was published in June 2020.
Our study subject (translation) was prepared by Murtaza Turabi and resulted as a product of an eight-year study (in his own words). In his presentation/introduction, Turabi states that it was planned to finish the translation first by a committee and so the first part was made by this committee. However later on, the translation was concluded by him after the delegation broke up for different reasons.
The translation, which consists of two parts, has a volume of 794 pages. The first part starts from the right side and the text in the middle is in the classical translation style with translation on the margins. In this section, introductory information is given at the beginning of each surah (chapter), and short explanations are made about some verses in small fonts. When a more comprehensive explanation about the verse is needed, the reader is directed to the deeper explanations section in the other part of the translation. This part, which includes occasional use between parentheses, consists of 604 pages.
The second part starts from the left side; It includes 180 explanations about the footnotes given in the introduction, presentation, translation section, and a 184-page section consisting of sub-headings classified by the owner of the translation under the main title of "The Qur'an in the Perspective of Ahl al-Bayt (a.s)". The most original part of the translation is Turabi's explanations in this part.
In the translation, mostly Shiite sources were used, and occasionally Sunni sources. The main hadith sources of the Imamis/the first and most important of the Kutub-i Erbaa (the four books) and ahbârî scholar Kulaynî's (d. 329/941) al-Kâfî fî ʿilmi'd-dîn is one of the most used sources in the translation, in which the transmissions from the Ahl al-Bayt imams are of great importance.
In the study, controversial issues such as imamate, mahdî, takiyya, the scope of the ahl al-bayt, wiping the feet and mutʿa marriage have been analyzed in detail. It is determined that the owner of the translation acts with prejudice in the matters mentioned and makes an intense effort to confirm the views of the sect he belongs to with the Qur'an. Moreover, he makes comments independent of the text such as the time and place where the verses were revealed. The first grade important issues are ignored.
