Özet:

This systematic review aims to examine postgraduate theses on career adaptation in Turkey. For this purpose, 12 theses published on career adaptation in the field of career counseling were accessed in the National Thesis Center Database of the Council of Higher Education. Since the systematic compilation method was used in this study, no scale application or field study was conducted. In order to examine the theses received, a thesis review form suitable for the purpose of the study was developed by the researcher. Tables and graphs were used to present the data resulting from the analysis. The results obtained can be expressed as follows: it was determined that postgraduate theses on this subject were written between the years 2011-2024. It was determined that 10 of the theses examined were masters theses and 2 were doctoral theses, and the quantitative research method was used in all of these theses. When the literature was examined, it was determined that there were very few studies conducted in our country on career adaptability, which is an important concept for changing business conditions. It can be said that the evaluation of theses about career adaptation is important in terms of guiding researchers who will work in this field and contributing to the literature.
