Özet:

Activation period times of political parties in Turkey, political transformation and transition to a multi-party system, have found a place in many Russian historians works. Among works regarding one-party system in the country, studies by Shamsuddinov A., Vdovichenko D., Danilov V., and Kireev N can be shown. Shlikov V. did more different studies on recognition of parliamentary democracy in Turkey and on involvement participation of various parties during this process, and analyzed in detail important political events of 1940s and issues of democratic transition. Works, published in USSR after Second World War, belonging to those 1940s of Turkey, reflect richer archive documents. At the same time, it should be stated that a series of Soviet historians, under the influence of Soviet ideology and policy, couldnt fairly properly evaluate formation process of national movement and of apparatus of bourgeous propaganda in Turkey. Transition period to multi-party life in Turkey was the difficulty period in foreign policy of the country. After eliminating the 1920 treaty of Paris Agreement of friendship and neutrality on 19 March 1945, signed between Soviet Union and Turkey, USRR started to pressure on Turkey. Stalinist security policy reflected on the case problem of territory and Straights against Republic of Turkey. The purpose of this article is to examine Turkeys domestic and foreign policy in the 1940s, the characteristics of the transition from a one-party system to a multi-party one, and Turkish-Soviet relations in Russian historiography.

Türkiyede siyasi partilerin aktivasyon çağı, siyasi dönüşüm ve çok partili sisteme geçiş birçok Rus tarihçisinin eserlerinde yer bulmuştur. Ülkede tek parti sistemi dönemine ilişkin eserlerden A. M. Şamsuddinov, D. İ.
