Özet:

Ferec baᶜdeş-şidde FBŞ, has emerged in Arabic literature in the 9th century as a literary genre in which the stories about the relief after hardship are collected. Examples of the works of this literary genre in Persian literature have been seen since the 13th century. Since Turkish manuscripts of this literary genre -which is very popular in Arabic and Persian literatures- have been studied in a manuscript-oriented manner, FBŞ has been perceived as a single work in Turkish literature until today; and the idea that FBŞ entered our literature through translation from Persian in the 15th century has common. However, in Turkish literature; there are three separate collections of FBŞ: 1 with 14 chapters, 2 with 13 chapters, and 3 with 42 stories. Turkish FBŞ with 14 chapters was translated from Arabic by Mevlânâ Lutfî Tokadî in the 15th century. Turkish FBŞ with 13 chapters was translated from Persian by Mehmed b. Ömerül-Hâlebî in the 15th century. Turkish FBŞ with 42 stories whose first author is not known has been evaluated as a translation from Persian until today, but there is no other FBŞ with 42 stories in Arabic and Persian literatures; the fact that the manuscripts with 42 stories do not have the characteristics of the FBŞ literary genre and the oral tradition elements identified in the extant manuscripts indicate that the stories in this collection were prepared by compilation. The earliest known manuscripts belong to the collection of 42 stories, and date back to the 14th century. Therefore, it can be said that the FBŞ genre first entered Turkish literature in the 14th century with manuscripts with 42 stories. In this study, the extant FBŞ manuscripts in Turkish will be evaluated in three collections; then new manuscripts that have been overlooked so far will be introduced, and a detailed examination will be made about the features of Turkish FBŞ with 42 stories.

14 bâblı Türkçe Ferec baᶜdeş-şidde, on beşinci yüzyılda Mevlânâ Lutfî Tokadî tarafından Arapçadan; 13 bâblı Türkçe Ferec baᶜdeş-şidde, yine on beşinci yüzyılda Mehmed b. Dolayısıyla Türk edebiyatına Ferec baᶜdeş-şidde türünün ilk olarak on dördüncü yüzyılda 42 hikâyeli yazmalarla girdiği söylenebilir. Türkçe Ferec baᶜdeş-şiddeler üzerine yapılan araştırmalarda genellikle 42 hikâyeli yazmalara yoğunlaşılmış; 14 bâblı ve 13 bâblı külliyatlara ait yazmalar ise maalesef bugüne dek ihmal edilmiştir. Bu makalede, Türkiyedeki ve yurt dışındaki kütüphanelerde tespit edilen Türkçe Ferec baᶜdeş-şidde yazmaları üç külliyat hâlinde değerlendirilecek; üç külliyatın bugüne dek gözden kaçırılan yeni yazma nüshaları tanıtılacak ve son olarak Paris-I, Budapeşte, Hamidiye ve Fatih-I olmak üzere dört nüshadan hareketle 42 hikâyeli Türkçe Ferec baᶜdeş-şiddenin özellikleri üzerine ayrıntılı bir inceleme yapılacaktır.
