Özet:

This study aims to determine; It was aimed to determine the conditions of the music therapy unit in Turkey. The research is important in terms of being a resource for both researchers and music therapists in the field of music therapy and making new arrangements for certified music therapy units. The research is a descriptive study in the general survey model to determine the conditions of the music therapy unit in Turkey. The study group of the research consists of academicians, specialist doctors, music professionals, healthcare professionals and music therapists who have music therapist certificates in our country. Considering the amount of data and the focus of the research, the study group consisted of certificate holders in our country who completed at least undergraduate education and completed music therapy education both abroad and in the country. In the collection of data in the research, a standardized open-ended interview approach, one of the interview types, was used. In the findings of the research, direct quotations were included by using the descriptive analysis method in order to reflect the views of the participants. In the second stage, the themes and concepts that were not noticed with the descriptive approach were applied to the content analysis and the answer to the question of why was sought. The data obtained in the content analysis were analyzed and interpreted in four phases: Coding the Data, Finding Themes, Organizing and Defining the Data According to Themes and Codes and Interpreting the Findings. In music therapy units in our country; Music therapy approaches such as Orff music therapy, Active music therapy, Improvised music therapy and Creative music therapy cannot be used during music therapy practices for patientsclients, since there are no prototype instruments and functional materials for the fulfillment of some motor functions and it is not mandatory to have an instrument in the units, and It has been concluded that the fact that music therapy units only operate within the university can create an intensity in therapy units, and patientsclients cannot benefit from music therapy applications in a timely manner.

Bu araştırmada; Türkiyedeki müzik terapi ünitesi koşullarının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, müzik terapi alanında gerek araştırmacı gerekse müzik terapistler için kaynak teşkil etmesi, sertifikalı müzik terapi ünitelerine yönelik yeni düzenlemelerin yapılması açısından önemlidir. Araştırma Türkiyedeki müzik terapi ünitesi koşullarının tespit edilmesine yönelik genel tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, ülkemizde müzik terapisti sertifikasına sahip olan akademisyenler, uzman doktorlar, müzik meslek mensupları, sağlık meslek mensupları ve müzik terapistler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunu veri miktarı ve araştırmanın odağı dikkate alınarak en az lisans eğitimini tamamlamış ve gerek yurt dışında gerekse yurt içinde müzik terapi eğitimlerini tamamlamış ülkemizdeki sertifika sahibi kişiler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmadaki verilerin toplanmasında görüşme türlerinden standartlaştırılmış açık uçlu görüşme yaklaşımından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularında öncelikle katılımcıların görüşlerini yansıtmak amacıyla betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak doğrudan alıntılara yer verilmiştir. İkinci aşama olarak betimsel yaklaşımla farkına varılmayan tema ve kavramlar içerik analizi uygulanarak neden sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. İçerik analizinde elde edilen veriler ise, Verilerin Kodlanması, Temaların Bulunması, Verilerin Temalara ve Kodlara Göre Düzenlenmesi ve Tanımlanması, Bulguların Yorumlanması şeklinde dört evrede analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır. Ülkemizdeki müzik terapi ünitelerinde; bir takım motor işlevlerinin yerine getirilmesine yönelik prototip enstrümanlar ve işlevsel materyallerin yer almadığı ayrıca ünitelerde çalgı bulundurulmasının zorunlu tutulmadığından hastalaradanışanlara yönelik müzik terapi uygulamaları sırasında, orff müzik terapi, aktif müzik terapi, doğaçlama müzik terapi ve kreatif müzik terapi gibi müzik terapi yaklaşımlarından yararlanılamayacağı ve müzik terapi ünitelerinin sadece üniversite bünyesinde faaliyet göstermesinin terapi ünitelerinde yoğunluk oluşturabileceği, hastalarındanışanların müzik terapi uygulamalarından zamanında yararlanamayacağı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
