Özet:

Development dynamics based on capitalisms tendency to crisis; It creates different crises that develop internally to capitalist capital accumulation, such as food crises, ecological crises, health crises, energy crises, and political crises. Capitalist accumulation crises bring about an increase in class tensions along with the transformation in property structures. The economic tensions created by crises not only increase unemployment and poverty, but also intensify the struggle for redistribution of resources. Therefore, it causes economic, political and ecological tension lines to gain continuity at national and international levels. All these tension lines become concretely observable with the transformation that takes place in the agricultural production process. The main reason for this is that the agricultural production process can be considered as an observation area of the contradictions created by capitalist crisis dynamics. Therefore, the crisis of capitalism should also be considered as a crisis of agricultural production. Based on this, the transformation of agriculture-food systems in line with the dynamics of capitalist crisis causes the change in the division of agricultural labor. Each phase of the transformation, along with the change in ownership structure, has the potential to produce food production and food safety problems. The indirect effect of this process manifests itself in the form of an increase in control mechanisms over the workforce along with the increase in food prices. In this context, this study discusses the mutual relationship between the dynamics of capitalist development and the dynamics of change in the agricultural production process in a historical and theoretical framework with reference to the role of the state in the economy. The aim here is to put forward a system critique based on the intertwinedness of the agricultural production process and the capitalist economic functioning mechanism and to emphasize the importance of alternative approaches and suggestions other than options based on the reform of existing agricultural-food systems.
