 The aim of the study is to adapt the 21st Century Skills Scale to Turkish culture. The sample of the study consisted of 244 university students studying biology, science and mathematics in the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. The original scale consists of 30 items and 4 sub-factors. Language validity, construct validity, criterion validity and reliability studies were carried out in the adaptation of the scale to Turkish. In the Turkish version of the scale, language validity translation back translation technique was used, and expert opinion was taken. The construct validity of the scale was provided by Exploratory Factor Analysis EFA and Confirmatory Factor Analysis DFA. As a result of the EFA analysis, a scale consisting of 25 items and 4 factors was obtained. The construct validity of the scale was tested with Confirmatory Factor Analysis. In the CFA analysis, the scale fit values were found at an acceptable level. In order to test the criterion validity, the correlation between the whole scale and each sub-factor was examined. The reliability of the study, on the other hand, was calculated with the Cronbachs Alpha coefficient of internal consistency, item-total correlation and item discrimination values. As a result of the analyzes, it was concluded that the Turkish Form of the 21st Century Skills Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool to reveal the 21st century skills of teacher candidates.

 Çalışmanın amacı, 21. Yy Becerileri Ölçeğini Türk kültürüne uyarlamaktır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 2021-2022 akademik yılı bahar döneminde 244 biyoloji, fen ve matematik alanında öğrenim gören üniversite öğrencileri oluşturmuştur. Orijinal ölçek 30 madde ve 4 alt faktörden oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin Türkçeye uyarlanmasında dil geçerliliği, yapı geçerliği, ölçüt geçerliği ve güvenirlik çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin Türkçe uyarlamasında dil geçerliği çeviri geri çeviri tekniği kullanılmış ve uzman görüşü alınmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliliği için Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi AFA ve doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi DFA ile sağlanmıştır. AFA analizi sonucunda 25 madde ve 4 faktörden oluşan bir ölçek elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi ile test edilmiştir. DFA analizinde ölçek uyum değerleri kabul edilebilir düzeyde bulunmuştur. Ölçüt geçerliğini test etmek amacıyla ölçeğin tüm maddeleri ile her bir faktör arasındaki korelasyon incelenmiştir. İç tutarlılık ise Cronbach Alfa katsayısı, madde toplam korelasyonu ve madde ayırt edicilik değerleri ile hesaplanmıştır. Analizler 21. Yy Becerileri Ölçeğinin Türkçe uyarlamasının öğretmen adaylarının 21. Yy becerilerini ortaya çıkarmak için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
