Özet:

The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of organizational climate on psychological resilience, as well as to examine the mediating role of psychological resilience in the effect of organizational climate on individual creativity, job satisfaction, role conflict, and employee performance. The study utilized a quantitative research method with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sample of the study consisted of 260 bank employees from public, private and participation banks. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 software, with the mediator variable effect analyzed using the Process Macro SPSS plugin developed by Hayes 2013. The results of the research revealed that cohesion and impartiality positively influence employee performance, while factors such as superior support, pressure, dedication, control, and challenge do not have a significant effect. Factors that positively affect individual creativity are superior support, pressure, dedication, and control. Cohesion, impartiality, challenge do not affect individual creativity. The factors that positively affect job satisfaction are cohesion and objectivity, while the factors that negatively affect job satisfaction are pressure and dedication. Superior support, challenge, and control do not affect job satisfaction. Factors that positively affect role conflict are superior support, pressure, control, and challenge. Cohesion, impartiality, and dedication do not affect role conflict. The factors that positively affect dedication are superior support and pressure, while the negative factor is cohesion. Impartiality does not affect dedication. Control is positively influenced by superior support, while cohesion has a negative impact, and impartiality and pressure do not show a significant effect. It was determined that while superior support and pressure affected the challenge positively, cohesion and impartiality did not.
