Özet:

Having an apparent point of view in fiqh, Ibn Hazm continues the same method in aqâid and kalam. Ibn Hazm's view on names and attributes is an understanding that makes him different from other theology schools. Ibn Hazm accuses the sects of kalam, who use the method of comparison to the witness to attribute attributes to Allah, of committing bid‘ah and criticizes them for the thought that this is a simile of the theologians. For this reason, Ibn Hazm says that attributing attributes to Allah is taadd alqudema, whether it is a person or a person or the same person. Criticizing all theology sects in general and Mu‘tezile, Ash'aris and Jehmiyya in particular, Ibn Hazm says that these sects associate attributes or attributes to Allah with the intellectual deduction and that this is to liken God to the creature. He says that the Ash'ari who attribute the eternal attributes to Him with the eternal attributes of the nefi, and again to the eternal attributes of Allah beyond the incomplete attributes, are wrong in order to distinguish God from the incomplete attributes. In this article, we have brought forward Ibn Hazm's criticism of these two sects on the divine attributes that caused great disputes between the Ash'arites and Mu‘tezile in his time. We hope that the efforts of Ibn Hazm, who is trying to produce a new theology and a new doctrine with a new consciousness, will be a stimulus for a new theology today.

Allah'a sıfat nispet etmede gâibi şahide kıyas yöntemini kullanan kelâm mezheplerini bid‘atçı olmakla suçlayan İbn Hazm, kelâmcıların bu görüleriyle teşbîhe düştükleri iddiasıyla onları eleştirir.
