Özet:

The article explains the Defense Industry Technology Foresight Model for Public Policies that allows the use of Technology Forecast and Foresight Methods together for both the Defense Industry and the public sector. The study benefitted the data of the bibliographic research and the results of the Delphi Query on Unmanned Ground Vehicle Systems İKAS Technology Foresight. Since the purpose is to explain the model, the data was anonymized to facilitate the understanding of the target audience. With the help of data, optimistic, predicted and pessimistic scenarios in the short, medium and long term were produced, and an exemplary policy recommendation with reflections on which technologies could be invested in in the short and medium term for more effective results are presented. By the way, the article also discussed the parts of the model that may need improvement.
