Özet:

The concept of culture appears as a building block of the universal process. From the moment of the realization of the first learning phenomenon, it is known as a process that includes the whole life of the individual. In order to make sense of cultural phenomena and to understand them clearly, a situation phenomenon that requires a rationalist interpretation should be formed from a multifaceted point of view when conducting research. It is known that interaction in the globalizing world continues to exist in parallel with communication and that interaction on cultural syntheses develops around the phenomenon of communication. Globalization takes its place in the new world as an active concept that activates the dynamics within cultures and causes cultural differentiation. This study is built on intercultural communication and interaction with the phenomenon of communication as a parameter of globalization. The study on the Turkish Festival La Turchia, which has been held for more than three centuries in Moena, a small Turkish town in the north of Italy , has tried to reveal the claim that the festival establishes a cultural bridge between Italy and Turkey with the possibilities of document analysis based on qualitative parameters.
