Özet:

The hair fashion for the portrait, which is preserved in the Odemis Museum and shared with the scientific world for the first time, is in the form of wavy hair tresses that are separated from the center of the forehead and combed to the sides, and the transitions are very soft. Some drill marks are also visible on these hair tresses. This portrait hair fashion is similar to the mother-daughter Faustina MaiorMinor portraits, one of the important women of the Antonine Dynasty. In addition, some drill traces that can be observed on the hair tresses of the piece are among the stylistic features seen during the reign of Marcus Aurelius 161-180 AD, one of the emperors of the Antonine Dynasty, with which the hair fashion in the piece is similar. With this defined hair fashion and style, the Odemis piece is dated to the Middle Antonines Marcus Aurelius period.
