Özet:

Robotic Process Automation RPA has become a significant technology in digital transformation processes as it shortens the execution time of routine tasks, allowing employees to focus on more creative assignments. RSO, which has been in use since 2012, is widely preferred for restructuring business processes. In this study, time-consuming and repetitive tasks such as student registrations, grade entries, and scholarship applications carried out by units like the Student Affairs Department ÖİDB and the Information Technology Department BİDB at Erciyes University were analyzed, and processes suitable for automation with RSO were identified. The aim was to reduce the workload caused by manual operations and increase the efficiency of processes. This study evaluates the benefits of RSO for the university and aims to serve as a guide for public institutions and universities.
