Özet:

Vehicle Routing Problems aim to deliver goods to a set of customers with known demands by following minimum cost vehicle routes from one warehouse to the same warehouse. However, the scope of the problem has been differentiated and expanded due to the demands of real life. One of these situations is that customer demands are not limited to only one product type and a single warehouse is insufficient to meet customer demands. The border operations in recent years are carried out with the personnel reinforcement provided by the troops. In this study, the problem of the availability of pharmaceutical products against possible epidemic and diseases within the scope of military health logistics is discussed. Initially, the intense demand points of the troops working to ensure border security were determined. Then, a multi-product, multi-depot vehicle routing problem model was developed, which will transport 6 different product groups produced in the Military Pharmaceutical Factory to the troops with the help of the factorys 2 warehouses. As a result, the routes and distances covered using the existing vehicle fleet and warehouse centers have been revealed to meet the demands of the troops. Then, new results of the existing factory and vehicle fleet were obtained by expanding the problem size. The sensitivity analysis study was implemented for the distances obtained in the vehicle fleet changes used for both cases. Military health logistics is a strategic issue due to the necessity of keeping border areas ready for all kinds of adverse conditions. Due to the geopolitical position of our country, the study will be developed in the following years and will make the service provided to all of Turkey ready and effective for various needs.
