Özet:

The concept of poetics is a new concept that has gained great importance in todays Arabic Literature studies, although it is not mentioned in the Arabic literature of the ancient period. This term, which was introduced into Arabic literature as poetics, has finally taken the form of poetics. The poetics is a complex concept that encompasses various meanings. Therefore, poetics has a serious importance in Arabic Literature when we look at current studies. In the Turkish-Arabic literature studies conducted in Turkey, this concept is considered as poetics. The concept was taken from the Western literature. Although there are various translation books and analyses on this subject in Turkish-Arabic literature, there has not yet been a consensus on a Turkish expression that explains this concept and comprehensively determines its subheadings. When we look at the general studies on poetics in Turkish literature, the concept is expressed as on the art of poetry. This expression can be considered as a translation rather than a concept. Also, does the expression give a clear meaning to the reader? This may be a matter of serious discussion. Because poetics is not expressed in this way in the literary studies of other societies. Arabic literature studies can be given as an example. For this reason, this article argues that the concept should have a comprehensive meaning and discusses its development in Arabic literature. As a matter of fact, this concept was introduced to the literature without determining its Turkish equivalent because of the studies. This causes problems for researchers and readers in terms of understanding and applying the concept in its full meaning. Therefore bringing a concept and its rules from its own language to another language as it is may cause concept confusion. This concept can be summarised as a way of researching the scientific rules that determine poetics productivity and talent. While poetics was seen as a confusing concept in Arabic criticism, it has completed its development in Western criticism. However, poetics has also caused confusion in the West since Aristotle. Despite this, studies on the concept itself have increased. As a result of these studies, many terms appear in the Arabic criticism tradition. In addition to our preference for the Arabic equivalent of الشعرية, al-Shiriyya, that is, poetry, literary critics have evaluated this concept in various meanings. You can review our entire article for these concepts. When the studies on this concept are analyzed, it is seen that the researchers in the Arab world have generally decided on the concept of الشعرية poetry. However, the fact that there are various translations of this concept reveals the necessity of considering the concept from every angle. This is because the translation of a concept from another language into the native language depends on who and according to what criteria the translation is made. Since its features and criteria will return to the source of the translation, the concept may be expressed in different words because of translation. In this context, poetics is the poets endeavor to investigate the rules of the subject in hisher poem and to present the most accurate picture. At the same time, the concept that explores the elements that make poem a poem is also called poeticism. The main purpose of poeticism is the comprehensibility of the beauty in literary texts. However, the study of literary texts should be explained directly based on the principles and procedures of poetics, considering the personality of the author, his ability to use certain words and sound sequences. These results prove why the term poetics, which is the subject of this article, has gained so much importance in Arabic. Literary works analyzed with the term poetry will help to make more detailed and productive research. Because todays research, especially studies on poetry and divan, are generally analyzed under the subheadings of poetics. We hope that the poetics will take its rightful place in Turkish-Arabic literature studies. In this way, the theoretical differences of the concept can be further analyzed and shed light on new studies. Finally, because of the explanations and descriptions we have made, the reason why we prefer to examine the concept of poetics in this study is that the concept evokes poetics in its origin and the majority of Arabic literary scholars have decided on this concept. The approach of the Arab world on this subject can contribute to the studies of Turkish-Arab literature. At the same time, as a result of our reading and research, poetics means şiirsellik. Poetics in Arabic literature has been agreed upon as الشعرية after much research and study. Li-kewise, the evaluation of this concept as poetics in Turkish-Arabic literature and Turkish-Western literature studies in Turkey reflects the purpose of our study.
