Özet:

People who are displaced due to disasters, wars, political instability, economic problems, etc. may take some actions in order to survive or to lead a better life. It can be said that one of the problems triggered by wars, internal turmoil and disasters is migration mobility. This study aims to understand the irregular migration movements to Turkey for various reasons, to understand the attitude of Turkey on this issue and to evaluate this mobility in terms of disaster management. In the study; When the number of irregular immigrants between 2015-2021 is examined, it has been determined that the highest number of immigrants was in 2015 n91611, followed by 2019 n60802 and 2016 n37130. In conclusion; Updating national and international migration management legislation in accordance with current conditions should be continued. Support programs can be planned in order to increase the adaptation of immigrants to social life. In terms of managing migration mobility, countries of origin should be supported in terms of investments and opportunities, and educational activities should be continued.
