Özet:

An artificial intelligence system examines the relationships between linguistic elements using deep learning techniques and neural networks. The application phase of AI is the process of creating or generating new meanings from human-generated data and presenting it back to humans. Large amounts of text and audio data are used in this analysis and reproduction phase. The main purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship between traditional radio broadcasting and artificial intelligence, the latest phase of digitalization. Another aim is to determine how radio broadcasting will change with the algorithms developed by artificial intelligence. The research was conducted using document analysis method, one of the qualitative research designs. With document analysis, the relationship between findings can be verified by examining information obtained through different methods, thus reducing the impact of possible biases that may arise within the scope of a single research. Although there are studies on artificial intelligence and radio broadcasting, there is no research on the relationship between neural networks, machine learning, deep learning, algorithms and radio broadcasting. Therefore, this study is important. According to the findings of the study, it is concluded that by using algorithms, neural networks and machine learning languages, which are the basis of artificial intelligence in radio broadcasting, radio broadcasts can be created without any human intervention or with minimal human involvement in radio broadcasting.
