Özet:

People have had organizations in modern times as they have never had in any period of history. That is why the time we are going through is called the time of organized societies. The survival of organizations designed to meet the abstract and concrete needs of people, their permanence, in other words, their reaching from positive entropy, which means death, to negative entropy, which means longevity, will be possible by realizing the organizational health or situation conceptualized as organizational effectiveness in the literature. The organizational effectiveness to be achieved can also function in reducing the intense deaths positive entropy or businesses having to terminate their activities in the universe of organizations in Turkey. In this study, two managerial models that can be used in achieving organizational effectiveness are examined; the assumption that the goal model is insufficient in achieving effectiveness and that the system model can be used to replace this model is highlighted.
