Özet:

In todays rapidly evolving scientific and technological environment, companies use a variety of management tools to achieve success. Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of these tools depends on the professional implementation of knowledge management. In this context, understanding the factors of knowledge management is crucial in order to assimilate and establish a culture of success throughout the organisation. The primary objective of this study is to examine the impact of healthcare professionals knowledge management tendencies on organizational culture of success. In addition, the study aims to identify the relationships and influences between healthcare professionals knowledge management tendencies, perceptions of success culture, and their interactions. This descriptive study uses both a general survey model and a relational research model. Data were collected using the Knowledge Management Scale and the Success Culture Scale. Reliability analyses indicated high reliability for the scales. The study involved 336 healthcare professionals who were interviewed using face-to-face convenience sampling. İndependent samples t-test, correlation, and structural equation modeling with multiple regression analyses were performed on the collected data. The analyses revealed a moderate, positively directed, and statistically significant relationship between knowledge management and culture of success. It was also found that the sub-dimensions of knowledge management together explained 56 of the variation in culture of success.
