Özet:

This study examines how the state, capital, and labor, which are the main fields of the study of international political economy, have transformed in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main goal of this study is to consider the holistic and relational transformation of these three fields from a historical materialist perspective. The first section depicts the global economic order into which COVID-19 was born. The second section critically engages with the mainstream political economy approaches from a historical materialist perspective. The third section examines the shifting role of the state in this process. Additionally, it reveals how the states forms of intervention in the market have changed. The fourth section of this study examines the changing functions of capital and the state after the COVID-19 pandemic. The fifth section examines the restoration of labor as a social class and labor as a working regime. In the conclusion, the study analyzes the new forms of the state, capital, and labor in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
