Özet:

The concept of logistics capability is part of the firm's all resources, including qualifications and knowledge. The concept of logistics performance is linked to the concept of logistics capability and can be defined as the benefit of logistics activities to companies. The aim of the research is to reveal whether there is a significant difference in logistics ability and logistics performance perceptions of logistics company employees depending on the logistics company characteristics. The research was carried out with the survey technique on the logistics company employees operating in Istanbul, evaluated with the SPSS program and ANOVA was performed. Considering the responses of the employees, there is a positive increase in logistics innovation, logistics service differences and logistics performance perceptions with the increase in service time. When the logistics innovation and logistics service difference, which are the sub-dimensions of logistics capability, are evaluated in terms of transportation mode and geographical region, it can be said that there is no difference in perception, but a significant difference is made in terms of logistics performance.
